Ms. Akobundu obtained her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Buffalo with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2007. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville Florida in 2014. Ms. Akobundu advocates for the injured through her practice in the Worker’s Compensation sector, a sizeable portion of which focuses on the Defense Base Act.
